Debbie Simms focuses her practice on the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianship. She also handles matters concerning real estate transactions as well as family law cases. Ms. Simms is also a Certified Civil Circuit Mediator as well as a Certified Family Law Mediator.
Ms. Simms earned her B.A. from Ohio State University with honors and graduated with her Masters Degree from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Simms earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University in 1987. While at Cleveland State University, Ms. Simms participated in Law Review.
Ms. Simms is very active in community organizations and also lectures on estate planning law issues throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
