Mr. Kramer is personally dedicated to the cause of foreclosure defense. Mr. Kramer focuses his practice in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, foreclosure defense, intellectual property, estate planning, wills, and trusts. Mr. Kramer has also handles numerous criminal defense cases.
Mr. Kramer is a native Floridian and has lived in Central Florida since 1987. He is a graduate of Lake Mary High School in Lake Mary, Florida.
Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a B.A. in political science and a minor in history, with highest honors. Mr. Kramer completed his undergraduate degree in only three years and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Kramer earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002. Mr. Kramer remained in law school an additional semester to participate in the Intellectual Property Certificate program. At the Levin College of Law, Mr. Kramer was awarded Honors, on Dean's List, member and treasurer for the Law School Toastmasters, and was selected for the National Dean's List and Who's Who Among American Law Students.
Mr. Kramer founded the Kramer Law Firm with the goal of providing affordable legal representation that delivers results. Mr. Kramer believes that running a law firm with honesty and integrity are key ingredients for success. Mr. Kramer has assembled a highly skilled legal team including attorneys, paralegals and staff. Every staff member and paralegal at the Kramer Law Firm has at least a bachelor's or master's degree; every Attorney is experienced, dedicated and focused.
Mr. Kramer currently serves a Secretary of the Seminole County Bar Association and as Secretary for the Williams' Inn of Court. Mr. Kramer is involved in numerous charitable activities and lectures on legal issues throughout Central Florida.
